Come and relax in our Newly Remodeled, Nicely Furnished and Decorated Ocean View Villa.  Our one bedroom villa has a private bedroom with a queen size bed.  We have bunk beds for smaller children and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.  The Villa is fully-equipped with all modern conveniences which include, fully equipped kitchen, Microwave, flat screen TV with cable, DVD & VCR Player, free wireless high speed internet, and professionally cleaned with linens, towels and starter supply of soap and tissue ready for your arrival. 

 On Hilton Head Island, Condominiums are called Villas. Our Villa is located at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort.  The resort is beautifully maintained with 24-hour security.  They welcome family atmosphere and provides everything you could ask for, 2-pools (on of them is the largest ocean front pool on the island), separated kiddies pool, 10-tennis courts and pro-shop, fitness center, fishing lagoon, children activity program (seasonal), children playground, picnic area, on-sight coin operated laundry, on-sight convenience/souvenir store, on-sight bike rental, on-sight sports Bar & Grill, Tiki-Bar by the pool/ocean front and private access to the Atlantic Ocean Beach.  

26-Championship Golf Courses, Tennis ,Shopping and Beach Combing are just a few of the activities to get you away from the daily grind.  In April 2001, our villa became available for other vacationers to use while they enjoy the Hilton Head Island experience.
