Because we do not use a management company, we are able to offer this villa to you at reduced rates. This is a superior villa so don't be disappointed-Make your reservation now.
What you get with your rental:
All of the amenities of the Resort plus: 2 TVs w VCR, DVD, dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen utensils, iron, bed & bath linens.
Additional Cleanings and Towel service can be provided upon request.
Also Baby cribs, High chairs, play pins and strollers can be obtained and waiting when you arrive.

2> Mail $100 deposit payable to Joe Medlock,
4> I'll send you an e-mail letter to confirm your reservation
6> I'll mail keys, maps, gate passes after I have received your full payment
